Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the Pixora service:

• Email address — for account creation and authentication
• Full name — optional, if you choose to set one in your profile
• Profile photo — optional, if you choose to upload one
• AI-generated images and prompts — saved to your account history
• Favorites — wallpapers you have saved
• Subscription status — free or Pro plan

We do not collect your location, contacts, or camera roll.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To save and sync your favorites and AI generations
• To process subscription payments and manage Pro access
• To send account-related emails such as email confirmation

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Pixora uses the following services to operate:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management
• Replicate — AI image generation
• Cloudinary — image hosting and delivery
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data including email, name, avatar, favorites, and AI generations will be permanently deleted. To request deletion, contact us at support@craftdlab.com.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication is handled by Supabase using industry-standard security practices. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Pixora is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
